Good location! Central etc
Front Desk Staff very nice etc.
Cool when the staff speak 5 languages and I only speak 3!
Only issue is that the carpets in the hallway need to be steamed cleaned which I am sure they will address soon!
Bon séjour !
Very convenient parking location, right next to the hotel. Very central location in the heart of beautiful bordeaux. Fairly good hotel, however we have few comments: we spent 2 nights with no lift repair, all guests were using 1 lift and this was not logic for a big hotel with so many guests. The bed was very small, in the corner of a room, 2 people can barely fit to sleep well. Dinner at the restaurant was very good, however the scrambled eggs in the morning were not that tasteful (too much milk in them), the hard boiled ones were all pealed and put in a bucket of water for people to pick theirs, which is not very hygenic. Other than this, i might be choosing the hotel again, only if the bed was bigger.
Brilliant location, very walkable with great transport links. Room was basic but clean-it did have an unusual smell tho.
Breakfast had reasonable variety but was so busy, often no tables for a while.
Great place to stay. Staff are friendly, room is clean and great location.

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
Our stay at Novotel had both positive and negative aspects.
First, we would like to give special recognition to Eric at the reception, who was absolutely wonderful! He was extremely kind, welcoming, and attentive to our family. He even offered our two year old daughter a little stuffed toy upon arrival, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel truly welcome. His hospitality was exceptional, and we really appreciated it.
Unfortunately, our experience with the breakfast service was quite the opposite. The staff member in charge of breakfast on Friday and Saturday was not particularly friendly or welcoming.
Saturday was especially disappointing. Breakfast was supposed to be available until 11:00 AM, but when we arrived at approximately 10:40 AM, the staff was already clearing everything away. We were also not allowed to sit at a table inside the breakfast area and had to sit elsewhere, outside the designated dining space. The entire experience felt rushed, uncomfortable, and unnecessarily unpleasant.
It was disappointing to experience such a difference in customer service within the same hotel.
A special thank you again to Eric, who truly made a positive impression on our family. We hope the hotel can improve its breakfast service to match the excellent hospitality provided by its reception team.
An ok stay. The amenities in the foyer are great, really sets you up for a good stay and looking forward to your room. However the room amenities are so basic. Two plugs in the room. Half a cup of tea or coffee available (no milk). Tiny pillows, with only one spare. Worst of all no Fridge in 30 degree heat. Just a little note stating you can have one on request one, which I did, only to be told they don't have any. Location is good, staff are good. Room itself let's it down.
