The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready and eager to help with anything I needed. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of nice restaurants within a short 5‑minute walk. "Genuinely no complaints. Beautifully decorated for Christmas, and had a luscious smell running all through the hotel (like a spa!). Very nice and modern room - fresh walls with touch screen features for the lights and aircon. Took a while to figure out but once you do it’s really easy to warm up (or cool down) the room. I like that there’s a long mirror so you can see your whole outfit also! Perfect for a short stay (not the largest and doesn’t have a wardrobe but perfect for a day or two!). "

"I have stayed at this hotel three times. During my first stay, I was given a newer room, which was very nice. On my second and third stays, I got older rooms, but they were still clean and comfortable. I slept well each night. The staff were nice and friendly throughout my visits. Parking was available for a fee, but it was reasonably priced (£6.20 per night) and there were plenty of spaces. Overall, I had a good stay there."
