Host communications were timely, informative, and replies to questions prompt and always courteous and professional. "The room clean a tidy with a really nice duck down duvet, tea and coffee provided + a dresser & chair. Shower was good size and hot. The staff & locals were very welcoming, food was very good. When i am back up that way i will be booking a room here again."
