"It was my first visit to China. I travel a lot and trust me when I say it that THIS hotel is Excellent. From the first email I sent to the reservation and their incredibly prompt respond, to the transport arrangement from the airport organized to by the concierge to the fastest check in done by Sunny, who was the most gracious and professional ever, to then to Jason, my butler who helped me with choosing the perfect room with the view! Fernando at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful and I was nicely surprise by the cards of appreciation they left in my room. The rooms was very clean, food was amazing, both at the breakfast and at the "Spago" restaurant. Spa is beautiful and the location is fantastic.St. Regis on The Bund is Absolutely Stunning, the Art Deco design is breathtaking and the level of kindness and professionalism that I've experienced from every employee I cam across was Top Notch. Congratulations St. Regis. If I ever go back to Shanghai I will make sure to stay there again. Ania K"

The hotel’s location is outstanding—close enough to walk to many major tourist attractions, yet set just far enough from the busiest parts of the city to provide a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Everyone I encountered was friendly, motivated, and genuinely dedicated to providing great service. The team at the Westin Club Lounge deserves special recognition for their attentiveness and professionalism. I would especially like to highlight Gloria Ma, whose warm hospitality and exceptional service made my stay even more memorable. "We highly recommend couples to stay at the Waldorf Astoria. Our room was stunning — beautifully designed, spotless, high-tech, and incredibly comfortable. The bed, especially, gave us some of the best sleep we’ve had while traveling. The staff also thoughtfully prepared a cake for us, and their service throughout our stay was impeccable. From the moment you step into the hotel, you’re greeted with a warm Christmas cinnamon-roll scent that fills the entire space — it instantly made us feel cozy and at home (we stayed during the Christmas season). It was truly a memorable and romantic experience from start to finish."

"An amazing stay! I got upgraded to a room with a better river view and the perfect view of the bund.The hotel is a few minutes walk from the bund and the river yet super quiet. Everything was clean, smelt fresh, and was the most at home I felt in a hotel (I been to quite a few). The staff was helpful especially those at the restaurant Fifty 8 shout out to Carrie who was our server! Even the ayi (cleaning lady) was super nice, she found out I spoke Mandarin and was telling me about her hometown of Henan. The room service was delicious and I ordered basically everyday. This was my first time choosing MO and now I am officially a fan!"

"Room was spotless and the staff were very polite and went out of their way to help whenever possible. Breakfast was excellent and had a wide variety of different cuisines. Location is on the Bund and it doesn’t get better than that. Many shopping malls nearby and historic attractions are just a short walk away. Besides its rich cultural heritage and history, I highly recommend staying here for its convenience and excellent service."
