Amazing location very central to Old Town and just 20 mins along river to Guggenheim. Staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly especially Irene. Great selection of fresh fruit at breakfast. Would recommend this hotel to anyone and will stay again.

The hotel was in a perfect location right in the centre of Bilbao. This is great for getting out and about but does mean you hear a lot of noise from the streets and bars overnight and early hours of the morning. For 3 nights we were happy with what the hotel provided.

The location of this hotel is superb, right across from the theater and in the heart of the old town. Breakfast was great, Monica the lady in charge was great. The night stands are too small, one of them was broken, we had to leave chargers and laptop on the floor. Besides that the hotel is lovely.

Everything was perfect except I hadn't understood that our room that we had booked was an "interior" room which meant that the window overlooked the central aircon units and not the street so was fairly claustrophobic. Shower and towels spectacular, breakfast good and staff friendly and helpful. Great location in the old town and opposite my favourite store Desigual !!!

This hotel is in the perfect place to easily walk and see all the beautiful venues that Bilbao has to offer. The staff was always pleasant and willing to help. Taxi stand is less than a block away as well as a metro station. You can’t go wrong with this hotel. Highly recommended!

We stayed in the Petit Palace as a base for exploring Bilbao and the region and very pleased with the choice. The location is fantastic, on the edge of the old town. There is a train/metro station a couple of minutes away and it's a pleasant 25 minute riverside stroll to the Guggenheim. The building is old but the rooms have been well modernised with very good bathroom/shower. The staff are all helpful and friendly, we had the daily breakfast which was a good way to start the day. Our room faced the road but noise wasn't an issue and we even had a small balcony. For a city break base would definitely recommend.
