While the property is conveniently located, the maintenance and upkeep of the room was poor at best. After traveling all day we were surprised that the room didn’t at least offer a complimentary bottle of water. We were charged $9 for 2 bottles in the lobby!

Just needed a place to sleep for a few hours. Arrived at property about 10pm on a Friday. Check in was fast and easy. Room was clean, but absolutely freezing. Turned on heat, was still cold all night. Location next to freeway made it very loud and very difficult to sleep. Water was off when I woke up. Got a message from the property warning of the water outage due to the city doing work on the system. When I left at about 4:45 am, there was no hot coffee in the lobby. There were some doors open in the lobby area with fans on like there was some mechanical issue or something. Property was clean and parking lot was well lit. Would not stay there again if I was given a choice because of the noise. Didn’t try the breakfast, left too early.

I travel from Texas to Santa Fe, NM, several times a year and stop overnight at this hotel. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel allows pets. I travel with my cat so it is helpful that the beds have platforms that prevent the animals (or small children) from crawling under the beds!
