"Haydee and her team were incredible, as was the house and experience! Traveled with my whole family (ages ranging from 30 to 92) and everyone had a fantastic experience. The meals were unbelievable and Haydee was extremely accommodating to any dietary restrictions. We would absolutely go back!One thing to note, the stairs were a bit difficult for my grandmother so if you are traveling with somebody that has mobility issues, keep that in mind!"

Shutters on the windows are metal, so when closed, little ambient light is allowed in, but this is a security feature. "When we were flying in and read the reviews I was worried. But o cewegot there nothing was the things were described in the reviews. The room was nice with an ocean view. The staff was welcoming an awesome with all of our requests and accommodations. One of the managers Lashawn was amazing alongside her team. The Bartender Ritzy was pleasant and professional. And two servers Alysha (hope I spelled her name right) and young lady making tacos at night and manning the grill. Foodwas good. And pool was nice. It's close to the water taxi where you can get to excursions or islands. The club was cool and casino. We chilled at the pool but didn't get in. I'm definitely staying there again when I come back"
