My stay at the Watermark was nothing but amazing from the time I booked my stay. The communication between me and the staff was very timely. The accommodations that were made for me even when I chose to extend my stay were greatly appreciated. Yal at the front desk was such a joy and very helpful. The staff in the rooftop bar were great as well. I will definitely be returning.

I enjoyed my stay at the watermark hotel. It was very convenient for food and other necessities you may need. There was a restaurant in the hotel and the food was good. Also they serve hookah at the restaurant for my hookah lovers. The staff were very friendly and room service made sure you had everything.

What’s not to love about it? The views are gorgeous. The rooms are nice and clean and comfortable. The beds was Real comfortable. And the hospitality at the front desk I love them, ladies. They was very helpful.

My experience at The Watermark was an amazing one! Everyone was very welcoming and informative, especially Tanisha at the front desk, she made sure to let us know any and everything along with helping us check our gas tank! I don’t have anything super negative to say; I will point out that our room didn’t have a blow dryer (I only mentioned bcus I really needed on and assumed that there was one at the property in our room) along with a bit of blood stain on the curtain to our balcony. But over all I give the watermark a 4 star rating!

The service was great, checking in and checking out only took a few minutes and the front desk is very helpful with enjoying your stay! The will help you with airport drop offs, golf cart rentals, excursions, and more! To my surprise, my room was decorated for my birthday without me even requesting it! Everything in the room was up to standard. The food tasted like authentic belizean food so definitely give it a try. I highly recommend this hotel at such an affordable price!
