Staff was friendly and accommodating with our requests during our stay, the room service was up to standard and facilities such as the washing machine and dryer were a nice addition and helpful during the stay. It is in a great location if you want to truly experience Beijing. It is within walking distance of alot of restaurants and shopping. We had some great meals close to the hotel. The hotel has what you need. The breakfast in the morning is a must.

This hotel offered a really great breakfast buffet, well-worth the money. The hotel was pretty clean. Downsides were that staff spoke very limited English and location was not particularly the greatest. Although most all tour guides did provide pickups and drop offs at the lobby.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Downtown Beijing was amazing. The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the shower was very clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent and offered a great selection of both local and Western cuisine—perfect for a healthy start to the day. The gated location also made us feel safe throughout our stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a perfect choice for our four-day stay while exploring Beijing. Highly recommended!

Breakfast!!!!! Mix of Asian and Western food. Differs every day. Free laundry! Just ask the front desk to help you start the machine. I hope to stay here every time Im in Beijing. Location in walking distance of Wanfujing Pedestrian Street. No complaints! Beds/pillows are the usual not no soft and comfy. But that's the same as every hotel in China and HK we stayed at.

Everything about this hotel was superb. Comfortable bed that I could sleep for a week in, a shower with perfect temperature and pressure, clean and tidy, delicious and varied breakfast and of course very helpful staff. We also used the laundry facilities while there which were easy to use. I would stay here again without a doubt.

Well maintained property. Staff were very accommodating. We arrived after a long flight around 8am. The reception was so helpful in providing us with a room by 10:30. Very clean and provide a lot of amenities that you couldn't expect in same hotel in other parts of the world. Breakfast was sumptuous with a mix of local and international options. Free self service Laundry was a plus for everyone. Finally, the location of the hotel is great as it is well connected within a 10 minutes of walking to Line 5 metro station.

Had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Express Beijing. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist.
