While it is priced higher than many other properties in the area, the value is exceptional—you truly get what you pay for, and more. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, hospitable, kind, and consistently courteous. The amenities are outstanding, the food is excellent, and every detail reflects quality and thoughtful service. We were especially grateful for the surprise welcome gifts—chocolates and fresh fruits—which made our stay feel even more special. The heated indoor swimming pool was a highlight, providing a relaxing and refreshing escape from the cold mountain weather. Another major convenience is the hotel’s direct connection to Sun Plaza – Sapa Station, making access to the tram to Fansipan incredibly easy and seamless. Overall, a true 5-star experience. "We stayed at Stella de Boutique Hotel for two nights with friends. We truly enjoyed our stay.The couple who own the hotel are truly some of the most wonderful people I’ve met in Vietnam. They are incredibly kind, always helpful, and genuinely go out of their way to assist with anything you need. The hotel itself is spotless, and the breakfast buffet is absolutely excellent.
