"Quiet area but not far away from town. Not a whole lots of food options nearby so you will need to go into town for food. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We arrived super early on train and room wasn’t ready but they let us use the lounge area to rest up before we head to town. Booked the valley view room and the view was spectacular. Room is spacious and clean. The indoor heated was a plus since it’s cold in December. Thank you to front desk staff Linh for arranging the lovely anniversary room decoration and cake. We felt so special and loved. "

"The service was excellent. I arrived at Sapa early in the morning after my sleeper train and the front desk arranged for early check in for me. Tyler and another male staff at front desk (did not get his name) was very helpful and friendly to serve, give recommendations and answered all my questions. They even helped to get my trousers (muddy from trekking) laundered and ready overnight. In- house massage was very good too. The hotel is on the quieter side of town up slope and walkable from the town centre. I really enjoyed my stay there and felt really at home. They made a small mistake and service recovery was excellent."

"We arrived at the hotel around 6am after our sleeper bus ride and already experienced the warm hospitality - we were served hot chocolate and the hotel staff offered to store our luggages so that we can go off to explore. We got our room after lunch. It was huge and had the largest balcony and bathroom for all the hotels we ever stayed at. The view was spectacular! The hotel itself was very nicely decorated and pretty. Would highly recommend to stay here!"

"The staff is absolutely amazing! Every last one of the staff was so attentive and accommodating. The room was spacious and held 3 adults and 1 child (child was bigger than all the adults) comfortably. Breakfast was delicious. I would come back to this hotel anytime I’m back in Sapa! "One word. "WOW". A place that was worth traveling to. I could spend a week in the hotel just sipping coffee and admiring the view. This was one of the rare instance that the photos in the listing could not live up to reality. It was just lovely. The spread of the breakfast was amazing and the staff made our stay a memorable one. Really looking forward to our next visit! "
