Great hotel great staff. The AC not going below 19 Celsius is a little annoying during hot nights, and the walls could use some insulation as you can hear door slams from other rooms. Overall nice and clean, friendly and helpful staff, very nice rooftop bar with a view of the city. Very close to a metro 🚇 station

Really fabulous hotel in our favourite location slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the main visitor locations, but still in easy walking distance if you are fit and healthily and like a walk - obviously public transport options too!! Lively room, lively rooftop and great service !

Great experience staying at this hotel. Worth the prize. Roof top bar and spa are the highlight. We stayed with my 2 little children and enjoyed every minute of it. Recommend it for families.

The hotel was beautiful. I specifically enjoyed the roof top deck and our balcony. We were on the 9th floor so it was wonderful to see the sunset every night, with the city and mountains in the background. It also had random cute spaces all around, perfect for photos. The hotel staff were very kind, especially those who worked at the restaurant/bar sector of the hotel lobby. The hotel was about 7 mins drive from Arc de Triomf and about 15-20 mins from the city center. It’s a really nice hotel that I recommend staying in if you’re planning to visit Barcelona.

We had a major issue with a smell that started in our room (from the vent/AC), which was "fixed" and then returned. We shifted rooms, but nothing was done to compensate for the night of us having no AC blowing - just a fan. It was miserable. Disappointing that there was never an offer of anything. The new room was nice, though smaller - but at least no smell. Overall, we enjoyed the stay, but for sure some of the staff was less than helpful and some felt rude. Wouldn't stay there again, but we definitely enjoyed the location overall.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The hotel was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my five-day stay. Whenever I return to Spain, I will definitely stay here again, and I’ll also recommend it to my family and friends. One of my favourite features was the rooftop terrace—it’s the perfect place to sit back, relax, and enjoy a sense of peace, even in the middle of such a vibrant and lively city. I also appreciated the excellent service. On one occasion, I ordered food through Uber Eats, and although the restaurant didn't provide cutlery with the delivery, the reception staff were more than happy to provide me with some when I asked. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it—don't think twice about booking it. Trust me, you'll love your stay!

Although the staff were helpful in dealing with the leak that occurred at midnight on my first night, they also were standoffish, almost as if they didn’t want to be at work. Breakfast could have more options. Also the first room that I had which right at the back on the hotel, with a gapping hole in the opposite the door which was unsightly and then there were ants crawling everywhere in the room. Also was due a free bottle of wine during my stay, did not receive this. Second that I got moved into was better, more spacious and comfortable. Overall I would rate this hotel a 3/5

Really helpful young man on reception when we arrived 3 April at about 11:00. My wife left her handbag in a taxi and he helped us get it back. Rooms were great. Rooftop bar is great. Spa is great. Improvements? Mats in the gym. Instructions for the air con. I would definitely come back
