Definitely not what we expected! Nobody works at the reception desk 24/7, just limited hours throughout the day. The room we stayed in was nicely decorated, but very dirty…black mold on wall in shower and dirty floors throughout that make your feet/socks filthy. Rain shower didn’t work, and the shower door leaked water all over the floor. The location is very sketchy and we questioned our family’s safety on multiple occasions. Bath towels and one hand towel provided, but no wash cloths. Would not stay here again.

Only thing i didn’t like was the parking situation. No parking in the area had to walk 20 minutes every night other than that the space it sold is great to start with family it was my wife and kids

When we arrived the property was not as pictured. We had booked the family apartment - we arrived to a open plan bedroom/living space with a double futon. Very small and cramped. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly via WhatsApp messages. We had difficulties with the shower which was leaking water through the apartment none of the water was draining. We contacted the staff and they agreed they would come and help the following day. Later in the night we had difficulties with noise and banging through the walls. A man had entered the building and was shouting and walking through the hallway. We again contacted the management team and informed them of how unsafe and uncomfortable we felt. We were moved to a alternative accommodation "the orangerine hotel" which was fabulous and only 5 minutes walk. In conclusion, the apartment was basic and clean but did not tick all the boxes of what we needed. But thanks for the staff we were made to feel listened to and comfortable for the rest of our stay

Horrible experience all around. Couldn’t gain access to room none of the entry codes provided worked. After 1.5hrs of trying I had to taxi to a second location to get a physical key. Room was tiny, blankets and pillows smelled very bad (unsanitary), WIFI never worked. Also the area of the hotel is very run down and scary. One of those slum areas where you would need a pet alligator to go out for a walk. Definitely not a tourist area. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
