Perfect position for our stay close to Los Ramblas and the event space we were attending. The staff were very helpful and recommended a lovely Tapas bar opposite the hotel. The breakfast was reasonably priced and plentiful ( just need to start the toast early). The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Front desk staff were awesome, friendly and extremely helpful. Pretty good breakfast. Shopping and transportation was close. Roof top veranda was a plus if you are a smoker. A+ for this stay, highly recommended.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here based on the very friendly and helpful staff and ideal location close to many Barcelona landmarks. The front desk attendant was amazingly helpful in answering some of our questions as tourists. The hotel room itself was very average, certainly not at the 4 star level that the hotel was rated. Mattresses and pillows were not comfortable and we found some left over trash in the room from previous guests.

Lovely place for a short stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Had a little balcony which was cool. Breakfast was great! Gym didnt have weights but space was limited. Great location and friendly front desk staff!!

The staff are really friendly and helpful to all guests. The room are spotless they clean everyday . Breakfast has a lot of variety in addition to being cheap considering its a buffet . I like the location of the hotel 2 minutes to metro station , in front of the hotel there’s bus stop , also there’s a grocery store just 2 minutes away , and also the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and fast food so plenty of choices to choose from. Overall it’s very convenient and lovely.

The hotel was clean, close to the centre and easy to find. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, however the AC was broken and required fixing while i was there, and the shower head kept spurting water through the bottom where it connected to the hose, making it difficult ont to splash water everywhere during washing. For a hotel of this calibre, I would have expected better in this regard.

Check-in was easy even though we were early & they stored our bags for a couple hours. The breakfast buffet was great with a big selection of meats, cheeses, breads, etc. Very walkable to many restaurants, bars, and tourist attractions.
