The hotel is excellently located, clean, great services, really a 5 stars hotel. Clean and big enough room, excellent cleaning service (thank you all for making the room comfortable), great restaurant and breakfast as well. The bar was also a great experience, with personnel ready to help you choosing and giving enough instructions to make the decision easier. We would definitely recommend this you everyone who wants to stay in the heart of Barcelona and enjoy a great service while being on vacation or business travel.

This is a beautiful old hotel with great, helpful staff. Even the standard rooms are very large and clean. I was given an unexpected credit for food which I used on room service and coffee at the bar, which were both quick and nicely done. I also tried the spa which is small but staff pleasant. Know the hotel is on a busy street (though convenient!) and my lower floor room was noisy and is showing a bit of age - in the bathroom where stuff is a bit scuffed, the quaint keys required some jostling, and the gym which is small with hot with older equipment. I’d love to see them add in room coffee machines, beyond tea and the small mini bar.
