The hostal was very good, considering the relative price to other options at the time. The rooms amenities were fine, but could have done with more raised baggage space. The staff were always helpful on a permanently manned desk. The hotel is positioned a few hundred metres from the Sans train terminal, and metro, so easy access to all parts of the city and to/from the airport. There are several well-run bars and cafes in the immediate vicinity and it's worth looking for a quiet plaza not far from the hotel, for further options and quieter outdoor eating. (Sorry I can't recall names, but the desk staff will help I'm sure.)

I love how close the bus station and the metro is ! It was very easy to go to the heart of the city and the airport ! The ac works amazing !! Everything was like 15-20 mins away from us and it worked out perfect ! I definitely recommend the balcony just because having a window was nice and the view isn’t so bad. I felt comfortable there and didn’t have any issues! Definitely coming back !

Check in was easy, the staff was flexible about upgrading our room, and it was very convenient to two large metro lines. It’s a basic property, without amenities, like a pool or breakfast or a comfortable lobby/sitting area, but it’s great for a place to sleep after sightseeing that’s comfortable and in a relatively quiet area. Our room was on the sixth floor, and we had a beautiful view. We also had daily housekeeping, which was a nice and unexpected touch. Staff was attentive, friendly, and helpful.

I had a great room; very clean, good amenities with air conditioning. The staff were friendly and helpful - I arrived late in the evening and was given options for where to eat and get a beer. The location was perfect for me; near the train station - I came in on a late train and was catching another the next morming. Very good value for money.

Staffs were very nice. Room was clean but the only thing was the scent in the room was very strong, not sure if they spray to every room or something they used for the laundry.We are sensitive to smell so it was hard for us for the first few days out of our 7 days stay.

We had an okay stay. The price seemed reasonable for Barcelona. Pros: good location - close to public transit and Sans train station, lots of restaurants around. Clean rooms and property. Cons: listed as having air conditioning but they had turned it off and would not turn it on for us, not totally sure why. Room (210) was laid out in such a way that no fresh air from the window would reach the bed area so we got no cooler air at night. Very stuffy and hot. We probably should have asked to be moved to another room but we didn’t. Walls are VERY thin, heard talking and snoring clearly next door. There is a primary school right behind the property so there is lots of excited voices after 8:00am. But if you want a clean, good price place to stay that may of may not have A/C, bring some ear plugs.
