"Same as other Maldron hotels in terms of comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Breakfast a little better than the one in Dublin, but not cooked particularly well. Staff nice. However, the problem with this hotel is that if on floor 2 (I can’t speak about any other floor) as soon as someone runs hot water it’s like a fog horn is going off, which is particularly annoying when it happens late into the night and early in the morning as it did on one of our nights. I complained (never done this before) and nothing happened - they didn’t even feedback. When I mentioned it again they took some details and said they’d get back to me - they haven’t. Bad nights sleep, overpriced and poor customer service."

"Clean room, but a little small. Breakfast very good and great choice. Lovely white fluffy towels and nice clean linen. Staff were all very helpful. Location was great, Wetherspoons one block down, further down the same road brings you to City Hall and City Centre"
