"I used this accommodation as a private rental (minpaku), but there were multiple problems with both the cleanliness and the host's management. The cleaning was inadequate; there was a lot of dust on the floor and the air conditioning unit. The water areas were dirty, and the previous guest's garbage was left in the trash can under the sink. "When we arrived, the apartment had not been cleaned since the previous person's stay. There were used towels and toiletries in the bathroom, food and rubbish still on the bench and coffee table, and bedsheets had not been changed. We were unable to contact host quickly, and so booked a separate hotel. Host has since apologised, but when I contacted them for a refund, has not responded."
