I really enjoyed my stay at TownPlace Suites in Austin over the weekend. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The entire property was very well maintained and my room was quiet, clean, comfortable and smelled nice. I rested very well before making the trip home the next morning. I'll be staying here again and would encourage others to try it out.

It was very clean aside from the urine stains on the mattress of the couch pull outand staff was very kind and helpful and understanding of the frustration but overall just disappointing. A few of the lights didn’t work no main lights in the bedroom. Cloud couch was very very uncomfortable. Breakfast was horrible. TV wouldn’t allow you to watch Netflix if you didn’t pay for the ad free version on your own subscription. They did however have very good conditioner and shampoo and body wash AC worked great as well as the heaters he had one for each room which was nice. Kitchen was equipped, full-size refrigerator Big plus wasn’t very packed this time of year.

The last time we stayed at this hotel it was in 2018 and back than it was just a few months new. We were pleasantly surprised at how well the grounds and the hotel have been maintained. The room was orderly and clean and the amenities were excellent. It's hard to find a better experience for the price. We're definitely staying there the next time we're in Austin.

Nice accommodations for a couple nights stay. Staff were polite and helpful. Property was clean and rooms were spacious. Would stay again if the need arises. Only unknown was the $4/day parking fee. Overall happy with my selection.
