Checking in was super easy and the room was clean. Great communications with the owner. We really liked the location. While check in is at 4 pm, contacted the owner and asked if we could just drop our luggage so we could head out without it and he was great about letting us do that. Would stay again if we happen to be back in Austin.

This was a perfect place for me. It was a reasonable price, very secure property with free parking near the back of the house. It was quiet and my room was beautiful; had a Kurig, small fridge, and everything I needed. Breakfast was continental since it was a Monday and generously stocked. It was in a quaint neighborhood close to UT. I highly recommend.

It appears that the issue that I originally had concerns about was lack of information regarding check in but that was due to an issue with Expedia not the property. Expedia failed to forward the information to me. The owner was very nice once he was contacted. We totally enjoyed our time at this location.

This is our go-to whenever we’re in Austin! It’s always incredibly clean, comfortable, and convenient. The location is perfect—close to absolutely everything—and the complimentary breakfast is the perfect cherry on top. We wouldn't stay anywhere else!

We stayed in the Casablanca room. The room was very large and had a fridge and microwave. Very nicely decorated. The breakfast was amazing! A true breakfast with eggs, bacon, and hash browns, and the other morning we had quiche. We will definitely be back.

This was my second stay at Brava House, and once again, it was a wonderful experience! We stayed in the Van Gogh Room, which was clean, comfortable, and had so much charm. The location was incredibly convenient for our trip, especially since we were in Austin to see Santana and The Doobie Brothers in concert. After a great night out, it was so nice to come back to such a peaceful and beautiful home tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Breakfast the following morning was delicious and a perfect way to end our stay. The house itself is absolutely charming, with so much character and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We really enjoyed our visit, and since this was already my second stay, I can confidently say I’ll be returning again the next time I’m in Austin! Highly recommend Brava House for anyone looking for a comfortable, charming, and peaceful place to stay while visiting Austin. ❤️
