"This was a pleasant hotel near the Arroyo Grande Village. Near enough to walk to and explore the surrounding neighborhood which is very charming. The swinging bridge is nearby. Our hotel room was generally clean. Although the remote control and the door knobs needed a good wiping down. I am immunocompromised, so I notice these things. The breakfast was hearty--eggs and potatoes, waffles, bagels, and more. The blueberry muffins were excellent. Overall we enjoyed the setting and were happy staying there."

"I’ve had good experiences at La Quinta’s for years and this was no exception. Staff was super helpful (my 13 yo was a little upset staff wouldn’t let him make his own waffle ;) and the facility was clean. The beds are moderately comfortable. The pool was a disappointment though. The photos make it look like your average size pool when in fact it’s tiny and only 2’8” deep. The pool deck is lovely though."

"The most eclectic place I have ever stayed. Parts of the property could use a refresh, but the energy and excitement of the guests and staff more than made up for that. Pool was very nice as was the walking trails and proximity to SLO Main Street. "

"Pillows weren’t comfortable in the slightest. Bed was ok. Noise at times from others due to super thin walls did disturb my sleep. Loved being close the beach. Loved being walking distance to shops and restaurants."

"The property is located next to the freeway and to grocery stores. Easy to check in and park. Rooms are nice and clean. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is vary good! "
