Studio apartment was very clean and roomy. 2 single beds with double sofa bed. Daily cleaner visited. Ceiling fan ok but not great, can hire standing fans. Walk in shower, in clean bathroom area. Small balcony with table and chairs, small washing line. Overlooking street towards parque Santiago 4 and beach view to left (room 2007). Staff all friendly. Shops, bars, cafe and restaurants all within immediate area and within local area.

We stayed in a refurbished apartment which had excellent facilities including a washing machine. The balcony was brilliant. Very quiet and relaxing resort. Our 4 year loved the kids pool as well as the big pool. Would definitely book again especially for the location. Prices a bit expensive in the resort itself but lots of options close by.

Great area, great resort, fabulous facilities, lovely apartment. Shame housekeeping forgot to come one day. Wouldn't eat on site again. Would absolutely stay again if I went to Tenerife again, which considering the anti tourist demonstration that took place I may reconsider my choice of destination.

The Poolarea was beautiful. The room itself was extreme loud until 11pm (a bar direct under the balcony with livemusic/dj everyday). We wouldn't book a citysight room again, because it was way too loud with a child. The beds are also not really comfortable.
