Errors with board basis and room type sorted out within a day. Good distance away from 'seaside nonsense'. Brilliant breakfast. Great pools and victor is a lovely pool attendant. Lots of choices for v reasonable, delicious food nearby and further afield.

A really affordable place to stay in Tenerife. Easy access to places nearby such as shopping, eating out, pubs, beach and a free daily scheduled bus/coach shutter going to las vista beach in las americas. Room was great, 3 pools was a benefit as we wanted to peaceful holiday and the gym was great. Cleaning service was top class as we stayed for 2 weeks we got cleaning services every 3rd day, which was nice getting everything restocked and cleaned etc. free on street parking is nearby the hotel, if you rent a car, much useful. Staff at the place were very friendly and helpful. Much recommended. P.S it is on a hill so you have to walk up a steep incline to get to the hotel but that’s standard with most countries.

We very much enjoyed our time. The people were lovely and trying to be very obliging. The entertainment staff was lovely. They had some construction going on. And as a result, the buffet restaurant shut down and moved to another location. that location was quite a walk, and it was down a hill. I don't think people want to walk 10 minutes.to have breakfast, and I do believe that construction should have been limited to perhaps only in the evening, but not in the daytime when you have customers visitors staying there. That was very inconvenient. Other than that. We had a very joyous time and enjoyed that resort. This was our first visit to Tenerife .We are from Canada

Lovely hotel in a quiet location at the base of a mountain. Rooms were spotlessly clean, staff were helpful, breakfast superb. We did go during storm Therese so only used the heated pool for a few hours, but the other pools also looked great.

Room was a decent size (the one bed apartment) and wasn’t too noisy from neighbouring rooms which was good. Would benefit from some quieter spaces for adults as all communal spaces very noisy with kids. Unfortunately our air con wasn’t working for whole stay and the communication wasn’t great around this and no real urgency to get it fixed - that was the only real disappointment though we were provided two fans for the room but they did very little given the heat. Good facilities overall, breakfast was great and the gym was a nice added bonus. Pools are great and a decent size, but are loud. Great place to stay with kids but if looking for adults only go elsewhere.

Loved the entertainment area around the pool. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean and tidy. Check in and out extremely efficient. Great views from.the rooms. Shuttle bus handy and very friendly driver. Honesty bar amazing idea for late check in. Breakfast was extremely busy so worth getting there early or last minute. We had the top floor so very quiet at night and got an amazing sleep. No scraping of furniture on the floors late at night!!! Would definitely consider staying again

Very nice stay, the room we were happy with as had two bathrooms. Nice pool and childrens entertainment at the pool. Signage to room tiny bit unclear. Location is 7 mins walk to kids roof top playground which we liked. Then further 7 mins walk to beach. There is shuttle bus to beach also every hour at times in day.

Enjoyed our stay, clean well kept grounds. Spacious well equipped room. At the top of a hill which means lovely views. Nice restaurants and bars within walking distance. Free coach up and down the hill from 10am till 6pm

great apartment for a weekend away. very clean with toiletries and towels. close to good bars and restaurants but at top of steep hill. so not good for anyone who has trouble walking. great stay for us though and we will be back.

Great hotel. Room was beautiful - v spacious, clean and extremely well equipped with large terrace. 3 pool options. Preferred the main pool as the poolside bar there is great with good options for lunch. Entertainment was regular and the staff worked hard on this! Not so keen on the 2pm foam party but that’s a personal preference! Supermarket on site is excellent, gym/fitness centre is huge and breakfast has a wide choice. A very well serviced hotel . Approx 15-20 mins walk downhill to the centre with bars/restaurants en route Overall an excellent stay and I think this hotel would suit families with older & you get kids as well as groups of friends.
