Room was clean and staff was very friendly and hopeful. As with many hotels it now seems that a parking fee is just another way to increase revenue. Also might be helpful for some to know that apparently no elevators, or at least in the building we stayed but was not an issue for us.

Wonderful hotel in a great location, just steps from the beach! The hotel is exceptionally clean and super dog-friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The beautiful gardens, koi pond, and peaceful atmosphere really stood out. The on-site restaurant was also a great convenience. Overall, a lovely place to stay, especially if you’re traveling with your furry family members. 🐾🌴

The hotel itself is a great property. The kids loved the pool and hot tub and the restaurant on site was delicious. It was pretty expensive for one of the bed sheets to have a tear in it and the bedding itself was pretty loud, so every time someone twisted and turned in bed we heard it. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

The room and all areas were clean. The pool and hot tub were maintained good. It’s a pet friendly place but they maintain it so well that you couldn’t tell me. The restaurant area was super nice and cool spot.

I liked how open it was, the view from outside our room was pretty. The staff were really helpful and nice, when we needed a diffrent set of sheets and more blankets it didn’t take long at all! There was no problem with parking at all. After a shower, the floor were puddles in water, there was lots of condensation all over the walls and both sides of the door, you can see the paint peeling off the walls. The wifi wasn’t working. We brought our Xbox to play but it wouldn’t work even connected to the wifi. When we wanted to look for somewhere to eat we had to leave to the car because the wifi wouldn’t work and even in the car it was really slow.

Property was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location wasn't as close to the beaches as I thought however it wasn't too far. I was hoping for walking distance, but we definitely had to drive. Bathroom was a bit small. Overall, my family and I would go back. It was comfortable.
