Rooms were clean over all but the door handle didn’t work very well to our room or the gate outside making getting in and out difficult. Our shower water sprayed everywhere causing water to get on the floors. Staff was very helpful.

If you go to the tram in the Pixar parking lot it drops you off at the park gates! It’s like 20-30 min walk from the hotel. Honestly wasn’t bad walk. Hotel was great. If you want ur bed made or towels you do have to request that. But overall was perfect for our Disney trip!

The staff was excellent and helpful. Unfortunately our room’s bathtub backed up with sewage and we had to move rooms in the middle of the night. Also our fridge didn’t cool and our food went to waste.

Great property to save on your Disney trip. 20 minutes walk to the park. I'm not sure if any rooms are updated, so set that expectation, but we were happy! The pool and spalsh park were great. The deepest part of the pool is 4.5". Loungers and some pool toys available, which was appreciated! Life jacket are not provided and there is no life guard on duty. We will definitely use this hotel again and we're happy with our stay.
