We needed a reasonable, pet friendly stay right off the freeway and this met all our expectations. The parking lot was open enough for the U-Haul and car trailer, so it was easy to get in and out. The staff were very helpful.

The room was spotless but heavy smell of bleach in the room and the area by the elevators on the second floor smelled like horse manure. All day coffee and hot water in the lobby were ice cold. It would have been helpful to have a coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was very good. Driveway and parking lot desperately needs to be resurfaced.

The breakfast was amazing. They did a real good job. Could have done a better job keeping the main lobby cleaner but overall served the purpose for a quick overnight passing through and the beds were way more comfortable than the more expensive hotel stay

My reservations was not in the system had to go to a different motel Was on hold for almost an hour waiting on someone to try to fix the situation and it never got fixed as far as the area and everything that I did see everything was nice and clean the desk clerk was trying to help, but couldn’t figure that out either where my reservation was

No amenities in the room. Such as no microwave or coffee maker. We were told we had to have things picked up for the maids to come in. Not sure what that means or why you clean up for the maids. I do know they did not come the first day and nothing was out except toiletries in the bathroom. But overall it was a clean and quiet place.

It was a dark and raining night. My business partner and I were traveling from Oklahoma to Texas when we stopped due to heavy rain, so made reservations at this hotel. We were greeted by this nice and helpful staff. Honestly, she is the one that made our night, unfortunately only one room was left and they were performing construction, so the room was partially cleaned. Still a mess was present and she apologized for the inconvenience. Sadly it was the only room left so she couldn’t upgrade us. The following day at check out, we were greeted by two rude, judgmental, and constantly snickering staff. She made my partner and I feel dumb, but really it was their lack of professionalism that was frustrating them. We had no choice, it was the only hotel within the area. The amenities were exceptional.
