Firstly the guy who is in charge is great. Welcoming guy and friendly. Can't fault his hospitality. 5 ⭐ Problem I had was the bed bugs. My legs are covered in big spots. Not just one or two. So many bedbugs bites. I had to leave clothes behind because I was thinking they're contaminated. Couldn't sleep with all the itching went to doctor and she gave hydrocortisone. Now I have to walk around like this. Very embarrassing. I know I'll have scarring after with all the scratching. I really wanted to stay longer until I found I was being bitten each night. Again staff great bedbugs not so much. Great area too.

Not ideal for a family at all, more like for single men with low standards. The room and beds (with the 4 beds normally for a family) were clean and tidy but this hostel doesn't have ac just a cheap fan that works but is noisy. It's not a charming or asthetically pleasing place at all. The hall floors are old and dirty and the walls were simply painted over just to give it the "clean" look. The staff is nice but he also stood at the gate not letting us in until he confirmed we booked the place (through the site). Doesn't speak portuguese only a little English. The surrounding area is very dirty and unpleasant. Overall, it is a fairly new hostel business with a kind host I suppose, hopefully they'll use the profit they make over time to renovate the place if they care.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich ca 1.5 Km von der angegebenen Adresse entfernt. Das Zimmer selbst war dem Preis entsprechend i.O. aber alles sehr unprofessionell
