"Room was very hot. No cooling in the room. Had to sleep with the window open. No pop or drinks available in vending machine. Had to buy pop from the bar at 4 dollars a piece. The bed and pillows were very hard. 210 was way too much for what we got. Also there for medical reasons and not rebate was applied. "

"Overwhelming smell, (moldy, slinky, dirty) throughout the floors and in our room. Pepperoni on the rug in our room that was crusted over. Bed- super comphy!! Noise level of the hotel and cleaning staff unacceptable :( 5:00 snow blowers going outside, 9:00sm cleaning crew in the next room literally banging the vacuumed up against the wall. Prior to that opening and closing (slamming shut) of doors from 8am. We’ve stayed here previously a few times and it was never like this :( won’t return. "

"The breakfast buffet at Holiday Inn Kuala Lumpur was very enjoyable. There was a good variety of food, including both international and local Malaysian dishes. Location of the hotel is very convenient. It is close to major attractions, shopping areas, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to explore Kuala Lumpur. Overrall we had a pleasant experience"
