Very basic amenities, a bed and bathroom. Great for no frills travel! Had an issue with the room key where every day we had to renew it because it would lock us out, but the service was really great and they readily helped us everytime !

The location its ok walk distance to the bus station and food .. it’s in the Main Street and could be noise for all the cars .. the bed wasn’t clean at the beginning they give us another room . But the bed sheets are old and with a lot of stains ..

La cercanía con el central de autobuses es viable si viajas por este medio, utilizamos la propiedad por la feria de San Marcos, sin embargo el servicio de restaurante fue deficiente en personal, estaban en obra de remodelación lo cual genera polvo y mal aspecto para el costo.

Fui en temporada de feria y está súper cerca y cómodisimo solo tuve un pequeño detalle que el personal de limpieza estaba afuera de mi habitación con tremendo escándalo y no pude descansar obvio ya no eran horas de estar durmiendo pero si vas de fiesta, se vale dormir hasta las 10 am y no pude hacerlo

El hotel requiere mantenimiento y mayor limpieza en las habitaciones Cuando llegamos vimos que no teníamos toallas y las solicitamos, salimos y al regreso (muchas horas después) no las habían llevado; al tratar de llamar nos dimos cuenta de que el teléfono no servía y tuvimos que ir a la recepción a volver a solicitarlas

Todo estuvo muy bien. Es un buen hotel, limpio y con muy buena ubicación. No fue muy agradable y conveniente. Seguro lo volveremos a utilizar, si fuera que regresemos a Aguascalientes.

Bajo compromiso con el descanso

No me fue como esperaba. Los huéspedes de la habitación a lado de la mía, traían música muy alta y demasiado ruidos y gritos que duraron hasta las 4:00 am. La gerencia no supo o quiso pedirles respeto para los demás huéspedes. En mi caso solo iba de noche de descanso por trabajo.
