We had a great experience at this hotel, especially for the price! The hotel is a little older, but it was clean, the food was good, and there were plenty of pools spread across multiple floors. The new splash pad and kids’ pool were a big hit, and the kids absolutely loved them. The location was very convenient, close to shops and the boardwalk, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Overall, it was a great value for the money and a fun place for a family vacation.

Great location with easy walk to beach,shops,harbour and lots of food and drink options close by. Staff are all very friendly,restaurant food Is good with wide choice. Some of decor is looking tired and broken floor tiles in various areas and damage to vicinity of pool areas on 5th floor.

We’ve stayed at the Best Jacaranda Hotel twice before and had a good experience, but unfortunately, this visit wasn’t quite up to the same standard. Rooms: The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and housekeeping does a good job of cleaning daily. However, the rooms are looking rather dated. The biggest issue for us was the bathroom drainage smell. Whenever rooms nearby flushed their toilets, a horrible smell seemed to come through into our room, which was really unpleasant. The Wi-Fi was also terrible and definitely needs improving. Pool Area: There are plenty of pools on the bottom floor and floor 5, and there are lots of sunbeds, so there is no need to get up early to reserve one! Food: This was probably the biggest disappointment compared with our previous visits. The food used to be perfectly fine, but the choice and overall quality seemed to have dropped this time. Breakfast was great. Lunch at the snack bar had the same options every day - pizzas, chips, burger, hot dogs and ice cream. The food was nice, but after 10 days we were getting rather tired of the same choices. The main buffet restaurant had themed nights, which didn’t always live up to expectations. Italian, Oriental and Tex-Mex was great, but Etnica was the biggest disappointment. We also were served raw chicken skewers one night, which was a major concern!! As part of All Inclusive package we were able to eat in the Brasserie twice during our stay. You have to book in advance.

This was our first time in Tenerife and our first stay at the Best Jacaranda Hotel, and it exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff, from the reception desk to housekeeping, was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. The front desk team answered all our questions with patience and warmth. Special thanks to Ana at reception for her cheerful attitude, excellent support, and great advice, which truly made a difference in our stay. We also greatly appreciated Caterina, who organized our excursions and recommended wonderful places to dine; her suggestions were spot on. Overall, we had a fantastic vacation and are already planning to return next year for a longer stay at this same hotel. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel in good location - only ten minute walk to the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants in the vicinity. The pool areas and activities for kids are excellent. Restaurant has good quality options at breakfast and dinner (I never tried lunch). My room was spacious and clean - if a little dated. Air con was decent, water pressure was good. Decent selection of TV channels in various languages. Staff all friendly and helpful.

Well situated close to shops and beach, hotel has plenty of options for food and drink. House cocktails are very watery and not mixed very well, but you can have premium cocktails for about €3 extra if all inclusive which was a little disappointing, the pool and table tennis was also expensive. Food was great, and staff were amazing. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The restaurant had a vast choice of food with varying themes across the week. The pool bar also had a small selection of food that was ideal for children or a snack. The beds were comfortable and made/changed daily. The pool areas were clean with enough available sunbeds for all. The hotel could do with a coat of fresh paint and the fact we couldn't get late check out was annoying but we would still goe back.
