The convenient location was a plus. Very walkable to city attractions. The mail complaint was there was NO air conditioning as advertised. Had the room key in the slot and the balcony door closed yet NO cool air whatsoever and it was really miserable to where we could barely sleep. Breakfast was nice and enjoyable and the pools were very packed with lounge chairs being claimed very early in the day by people putting towels on them with nobody in sight, which is unfortunate and shouldn't be allowed.
