IDEAL SPOT

I was there for 2 days business and not for the first time. GT is central for me and great for the airport. Food and Beverage is pretty good and rooms comfortable although not the largest. My trip coincided with the hotels 25th anniversary for which there was a big party. Thanks GT. All round welcome and friendly.

The Hotel was the best for being in all the surrounding conditions in Accra and all the food was washed in distilled water, I was able to stay with my America diet only in the hotel. The bad thing was I got stuck in Akuse and could not get car sent for me as the cars were all booked the next day. I was pretty scared and had a grave concern for missing my flight.

not quite there...but well located

service and attitude towards clients doesn't match the image portrayed. found hair in between risks in the bathroom, food from the previous guest in the fridge. Restaurant staff is not attentive to little things like clearing plates, inquiring about client's needs, etc... given what you pay, it is disappointing. Not a bad experience, but not a good one either.

１Fのレストランのガーニアンフードはボリューム満点で、味も良いと思います。露店などでガーニアンフードを食べることに抵抗がある方はこのレストランでトライしてみると良いと思います。 また、お土産でチョコレート(Golden Tree）を購入される方は、ホテル正面の道路を渡ったところにあるスーパーマーケットで購入すると良いと思います。空港で購入すると約3倍します。

It was a convenient stay for 3 days business trip. Hotel is comfortable, very friendly staff and meets expectations for a business trip. The inly problem is poor wifi.

Clean Hotel by airport

Managerial approval needed for very basic tasks which causes delays..Some of the front desk staff was very good but others were abysmal. The disparity in service quality was quite wide and I cringed when not seeing certain staff at the front desk. Also when asking questions at the front desk, the staff often speaks in a native language amongst each other which is rather rude, given that you are a guest and obviously do not understand what is being said.

One of the nicest in Accra

My stay was very good. I've been at this hotel on several occasions and do enjoy it. The food is pretty good and the staff is friendly. I did have some problems with the internet on this trip and had to have them move my room. After that there was no problems.

Bon hôtel, service pas toujours à la hauteur

Service à l'intérieur de l'hôtel pas toujours au top. Requête à la réception le premier soir, personne n'est venu le soir même, j'ai dû demander à nouveau le lendemain matin pour que ma requête soit prise en compte. Les chambres sont très bien,elles ont été rénovées récemment (pour la partie où je séjournais).

needs to step up service

Towels with holes. Cleaning crew does very poor Didn't clean room one day with no valid excuse The food is only ok and normally I can almost always fine things that are great on any menu The spa. The massage place was dirty The staff were ok mostly nice. For the money service amenities and level of room is very bad.

Ok hotel, can be better

It is close to the airport, nice facilities including tennis court and outdoor pool. Nice evening live music at dinner. There can be an improvement on the staff working on housekeeping. All said they have atleast two staff at the lobby who try to proactively solve problems as they come. I liked it though it is pricey according to the services

personnel front-desk defaillant

Oublient de faire la chambre, oublient de me reveiller à 3AM pour aller à l'aéroport pour un vol de nuit, érreur de facturation dans la foulée du départ tardif. Malgré un agréable séjour et un personnel acceuillant, mon séjour a été gaché par ces problèmes. En plus ils m'on facturé le complément en US$ quelque chose qui est en Ghana Cedil, maintenant ils doivent, me rembourser.

Good hotel for a wedding

We decided to stay here as it was where our friend was getting married Over all it was very nice, big room always clean some times in the morning the room filled with the smell of sewage and I'd say they need to get bigger towels Staff are friendly and always try to help

Be patient with front office staff !

Hotel reception staff are very nice but tribally incompetent. Charged twice for the room and experienced great inconvenience when asking if one could be refunded.
