"We stayed one night on a visit to Perth and this will be our go-to hotel on any future visits to the city. From the owner's welcome to the beautiful served breakfast, this hotel ticks all the boxes. Our room and bathroom were spacious and spotlessly clean and the bed was large and very comfortable, There were lots of lovely touches like the welcome scones, real coffee and cafetieres - all the things that make a room feel welcoming and homely. "The room was far too hot. There was a dog whining/ whelping through the night. The bathmat slipped from under me when getting out of the bath. There is no reception or phone in the room to request anything. I do not want anyone moving my belongings around when I am out of the room. No breakfast included but you can pay an extra £28.00 for it."
