All the staff seemed happy to be working at the hotel. The upgraded room was very spacious and had stunning views from the window."

"The room was nice and clean, but dated but nice. One thing that did annoy me, there was a breakfast menu that u hang outside your door to get breakfast to your room. I filled it out and put it on my door and no body took the order, they slid a bar bill under my door though but didn't take the order so that wasn't great. "

"We checked in around 5pm. 2 rooms booked. We were assured prior to our stay that the rooms would be next to each other, however we were placed two floors apart. We asked them to rectify this however they said the hotel is fully booked and they couldn’t. They eventually placed us on the same floor together.
