Staff were great, however there was no hot water in the morning that was blamed on the hotel being busy and there was a constant noise from either the air conditioning or pipes or something else that went on all night. Upon arrival we were greeted by the lovely lady on the front desk. She asked if I had children and gave me some bits that would help them to enjoy their stay too. Throughout our stay the team were very helpful, with advice on local amenities and info on the hotel. The pool and changing area were very clean

Easy check-in, really helpful staff. Staff are the biggest positive - spoke with so many during our stay and they were all positive, helpful and happy to spend time chatting with me and my son. Good central location too. If in the area again, will definitely look to stay!

I was expecting a standard hotel but was very surprised by how much I enjoyed staying here. Apart from being clean, having parking on site and lovely restaurant, the staff made the trip! The young man on reception (I wish I remembered his name) was just lovely! Very friendly and helpful and kind. He took time to talk to me and make me feel so much better after my very long day at work. The waitresses in the restaurant were also really lovely. Helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again!
