"The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are a bit outdated, mold stains on the wall and there were way too many bugs in there- I think they came in through the space underneath the balcony door. The staff were helpful with arranging transport for us and the breakfast was great. "

The hotel was relatively new with some teething problems such as inconsistent hot water delivery and pool and spa were not yet operational. The hotel staff was able to arrange transport to La Plantacion and the Phnom Penh airport and even offered us a very late checkout (unprompted), so we could shower and rest before departing for an overnight flight.
