Lovely spot in a quiet area. Nice view of the sea, great pool to use. Enjoyed the balcony. Air conditioning was nice and cold. The shower was hot. The WiFi was excellent. Breakfast was nicely done - fruit and coffee and choice of entree (pancakes or crepe or omelette or fried egg or fried rice or a few other things). Room was clean. Shirt walk to a beach or restaurants. Would happily stay again.

We stayed just one night while passing through Kompot/Kep. The reception staff were warm and attentive. Our room was tidy and well-maintained. We enjoyed dinner at the hotel, which was reasonably priced and delicious. We also took advantage of their laundry service, which was affordable, and our clothes were returned neatly folded before our early morning checkout. The pool looked inviting and clean, but unfortunately, we didn't have time to take a dip. We did manage to relax on the swing by the pool, enjoying a peaceful moment. Since we were there on a weekday, it was really quiet. We didn’t get a chance to explore the area since it was just a quick stop. Overall, it was a good experience with friendly and attentive staff.

Quiet, small new hotel run by a French couple. The property is immaculate, and all the rooms have a view of the ocean and offshore islands. Kep National Park and the crab market are both very close and easily accessible from the property. Would stay here again. The staff and owners were friendly and accommodating

Lovely retreat!

Thank you very much to the lovely French couple owners of this beautiful manor palace for a memorable stay. Superb pool, ideal location, friendly service and excellent breakfast cooked to order. I only wish we could stay for longer!!!

Remarquable et assez rare

Hôtel très récent avec un accueil, un emplacement, une cuisine et des chambres remarquables. Le petit déjeuner (bons produits frais) est servi au bar près de la piscine. Établissement tenu par un couple adorable de Franco-Cambodgien. Endroit situé au calme. Un très bon cuisinier. Tout était parfait. Le meilleur hôtel (sur 9)de mon périple de près de 5 semaines au Cambodge. Propreté garantie.

une belle adresse

Malgré notre arrivée matinale nous avons été très bien accueilli par les propriétaires. Hôtel parfaitement situé entre le Crab market et l'embarquement pour Rabbit Island.. Hôtel de huit chambres toutes vue mer avec large balcon et chaises très agréable en fin ou en début de journée.. Magnifiques piscine et jardin fleuri très bien entretenus.. Eau salée.. un délice Petit déjeuner au choix (5usd) délicieux et copieux quelque que soit la formule choisie Nous n'avons pas tester les autres repas mais les odeurs qui provenaient de la cuisine étaient alléchantes... Pour nous déplacer nous avons eu en quelques minutes un scooter pour 8 dollars par jour. Seul bémol ...la chambre 5 à deux lits est communicante avec la chambre 6 par une porte entre les deux lits simples..ALORS soit nos voisins parlaient très fort soit il y a un problème d'isolation car nous entendions assez distinctement les conversations... Sinon tout était parfait ... nous recommandons vivement ce nouvel hôtel sur KEP
