"What a wonderful hotel! 5 stars all the way. We loved and appreciated all the attention to detail. The staff was super attentive and nice. IIn addition the hotel was so conveniently located to the subway, restaurants and family mart. We definitely will be back and we highly recommend this hotel. "

"Our room was not ready for people upon checking in. Large, visible CLUMBS of dust through out the room and light fixtures. The tatami mats in room were messed up due to other inconsiderate travelers. There was visible damage on the ralls and "sofa". There were also visable "stains" on door inside the toliet room. The Breakfast buffet was always cold, even when it had been open for 30 mins. The food was subpar. The management was quick to remedy our situation, however I would not recommend staying here."

"This hotel exceeded our expectations! Wonderful bakery and a fun open air rooftop bar made the stay a joy. Easy to get around to Kyoto sites, as well. Recommended 10/10!"

We booked a Deluxe High Floor and but the room size look the same like the Standard room that we booked previously."
