"The information provided on your website including pictures of the room are fabricated. The Hotel rooms looking completely different and this was for the worst. They were very dirty and I would not recommend any to book with this hotel. I would highly recommend Hotels.com to investigate with this matter. Once we have seen the room we straight away complain to the local hotel and Hotels.com but no one was helpful. I need this matter investigated."

"The staff was incredibly helpful when fog canceled our flight. The room was nice and they provided a space heater when we were cold. It was well located. Walking in Varanasi is difficult because of the chaotic traffic conditions but the walking distance to major sites was short if you can manage dodging the vehicles of all kinds, cows and dogs etc. "
