"I was moved to 3 different rooms one due to no towels toilet roll, then the next room was full of midges and the 3rd room no towels very little toilet roll no mini bar. When i was moved to the 3rd room the room service man shouted at me i had room service twice and the day i checked out they said i owed money even though i paid when room service came absolutely disgusted with this property and some of the service acoid at all cost you will be eaten alive here"

"Fellow customer chanting from 5.30am in garden. Can not enjoy earthly morning sunrise from your own balcony. Brought it to hotel staffing but they didn’t take care. Showed them videos with timing but nothing happened. Paid too much money for too much inconvenience. Think twice before booking this property. Definitely not recommending. "

"The bathroom had a smell to it, even when I spayed it multiple times. The smell stayed. I didn’t want to use the bathroom because of that. The area around the guest house was convenient, 15 min walk to Assi Ghat. A bunch of 3 wheelers around. List of tea stall. The room was okay. The bathroom not so much. "

"No Room Service. A/C maintained from the reception. They don't give you the remote for A/C. Though booked for 3 adults deluxe room provided only 2 bedded room. Room is not well maintained.TV channels limited only free channels you can see they have not subscribed with the channels. No Restaurant of it's own. 1 St. Day We were puzzled . Left the hotel in 3 days though booking was of 4 nights."

"The bathroom was stinky, and the handle was broken. No inhouse kitchen for breakfast etc.
Towels were not clean. Lipstick marks were all over towel.
Room was not clean. The bedsheet and pillow were stinking.
The only advantage was that it is walking distance from BHU main gate."

"This is not hotel. Seems like a Airbnb. Very disappointed abot the services. I never stayed this kind of hotel my life. No restaurant, pool or Gym, but saying 4 Star. It is a house converted 8 room hotel. Don't be a stupid that everything pictures saying as a perfect.
I don't know why website saying Four Star. Only one person take caring the hotel and one person helping. The perso on help desk very nice person, he is doing everything by himself I would never recommend as 2 star. Very...
