"I had a reservation for three nights and I only stayed one night, because of the conditions of the room, it had a strong smell of humidity, the covers were wet, the walls, chairs, bathroom were dirty. Don’t believe the pictures. The only positive thing it was the location, very close to the Sapa station. "

"The location of this hotel is brilliant, surrounded by cafes and restaurants and all town sights are easy walking distance. The hotel is spotlessly clean and staff are always on hand and will go that extra mile to assist guests. Food was also excellent in the buffet breakfast, lots of choice, fresh and plentiful . The only drawback for me was the bedding, the mattress was too hard and pillows too soft. Otherwise a great hotel to stay in."
