"Das Zimmer war etwas altmodisch entsprach nicht der Beschreibung . das Frühstück war sehr einfach, Max. 3SterneStandard und dem Preis nicht angemessen. Masse statt Qualität. Insgesamt nicht serviceorientiert. Die neue Lobby ist schön aber laut. Der Wellnessbereich gehört zum Ramsau Bad, laut und voll. Insgesamt Preis Leistung nicht angemessen, zu teuer und gibt mit 4 Sternen bessere Hotels im Ort "

"Fantastic stay as always, their sauna and spa area set the bar in the area. Rooms are exceptionally clean and the space overall is awesome. Incredible blend of old(original) and modern, the breakfast buffet is something to see."

The card offers great attractions and free bus services around the area and is an absolute game changer! The property itself is a classic nice Austrian style apartment/hotel and is an absolute 10/10. "Clean rooms, beautiful new build with a fantastic family spa area!! Truly wonderful!! Kids were given a Christmas present which was a lovely touch. And we arrived very late on the first day, i knew it may be the case so i phoned in advance and they had prepared some food for us on the side, which was really great. A star missing because of unfriendly staff who were always fighting amongst eachother infront of guests and were unfortunately very impolite. It would be lovely to label the food...
