The staff was courteous and the hotel was in a nice location. The bath was very nice. The advertisement said we would have a buffet breakfast but instead they served us breakfast in the room next door to us - which was beautiful and very nice. However we had the choice of 7:30 am or an 8 am breakfast, so if you want to sleep later don't order breakfast. My husband needed to stay until 12 noon for an online meeting, but check-out time is 10 am. They charged us 3000 yen to stay an two extra hours - which I thought was too much money and a little ungracious of them.

硫酸塩泉の温泉

平日でしたので訪問客はまばらでした。設備は多少古いが清潔で豪華。温泉は硫酸塩泉で、茶褐色の少し熱めのお湯。妻は気に入ったようです。

古いですが、古いなりの良さがあります。 風呂が付いた部屋にグレードアップして頂きました。 小さい子供が居たので、本当に助かりました。

夕ご飯に困る

お部屋にシャワーが無いのが残念でした。また、ご飯を食べるところも無く、夕食はカップラーメンで済ませました。簡単でも良いので下さい何かあったらと思いました。

お部屋は年代を感じられましたが、旅館スタッフの感じがとても良くて、お風呂もお部屋の広さや景色も良かったです。 激安価格の宿泊だったので、旧館ということもあり畳が疲れてたりトイレが昔のタイプなので狭いです。お部屋のお掃除ももう少し丁寧にして頂きたかった点がちょっと残念かな。 新館はHPで紹介されているようなステキなお部屋だったのではないかな、と思います。 家族での宿泊で、小さすぎるトイレやお部屋からの景色やお風呂など、子供達にとってどれも楽しい思い出になりましたよ。 近場のこけし館ではこけし作りをしているおじいさんにホッコリしてきました。 お天気が雨でお散歩できませんでしたが、旅館周辺のお散歩は気持ち良さそうでした。

設備が古い為か、衛生面が少し気になる

温泉はとても快適だったが、部屋の水道の水が濁っていたり、そもそも水道の出が悪かったり、トイレの臭気が強いなど、設備の古さのせいか、所々で残念に思う点があった。

トイレは、和式トイレを無理矢理洋式にしており、衝撃でした。 布団が薄っぺらく、綿ぼこりがすごかったです。 3日目の掃除がかなり適当で、布団は綺麗にしてあったのですが、ゴミがそのままでした。 値段相応という感じです。
