Very friendly service with attention to detail and warm welcome. We were very happy with our room which was spacious. Location is great, on the way to the National Park entrance to Black Lake and within 5-10 min walk from town centre. Breakfast was good and plentiful. And the sauna was a nice inclusion at the end of a day’s walk.

Great for going hiking, easy to walk to the lake and other areas. The hotel was nice in general and room spacious. The room was noisy however with a buzzing in the bathroom. The restaurant does delicious food, the truffle pasta was great. The breakfast is average and could do with more fresh options and fruit.

This was truly amazing from the moment we arrived. Every member of staff was friendly, helpful and attentive which made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The restaurant was superb whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner. This hotel is a gem.

Beautiful view

The location is perfect for us to walk to the Black lake. It was lovely to also have a nice view of snow capped mountains. We enjoyed an evening relaxing in the steam room and sauna on our first night after a long drive from Sarajevo. The bed was also comfortable and we slept well every night.
