Good to have free bicycle rental and nice onsen

Service is nice and sincere. Free bicycles for use, can enjoy a relaxing ride nearby. The onsens are quite nice.

The location is great, only few minutes walking from the train station. Everything in the hotel is just right, not too much and not too little as well. I would stay at the hotel again if I visit Yufuin.

Very good❗️ It almost like the japanese style ryokan.The spa was so good and I feel like getting few years younger.There is three cats will give you a welcome greeting.I blieve you'll enjoy it❗️

Nice property just off the main street, near train station. It is pet friendly with 3 resident cats roaming around the lobby. You get to book 2 sessions at the baths after checked in, the semi open bath on the 2nd level is popular, while the rooftop bath may not be a good idea in cold weather although the view is great. You get free use of the bicycles for your stay. There is no lift so you have to carry your luggages up and down the stairs.

I felt very uncomfortable from the beginning to the end. The room was stinky, and the smell didn't go away despite I used the AC and I left the window opened. The tatami was dirt and in general the clean conditions were terrible. I was happy I stayed in this structure only one night. I don't recommend this place.

My room smelled musty. Staff were not knowledgeable and could only do the basics required for check-in. Dinner and breakfast were assembled as none of the staff could do more than make rice in rice cooker. Staff dressed more casual than tourists. The only positives are the rooftop bath and the bikes.

It’s near to Yufuin train station, <10min walking. There is Aeon nearby too. The hotel needs to improve the cleanliness and sound proofing. We are lucky just stay 1 night. Elevator is not available. I will not recommend.

We booked a western style room with ensuite. The room is suited to people younger and smaller than us. Staff were friendly and carried our bags up to the room for us. Beds were too hard for us (we like firm) and chairs too short for comfort. The toiletseat was toosmall for a large male. None of these issues for us would bother smaller, younger people.

The hotel gives a lot of restrictions such as onsen requiring booking until free access from 9.40pm to the morning, 2hrs for free use of bicycles, bring your own paper cup (provided in your room, one per day) if you want coffee from coffee machine down stairs, no lift… I booked the hotel 6 months in advance at the price of aud365 per night and found the price dropped to aud122 if I had booked just few days in advance. Not value worth!

In the promotion of the hotel they mentioned the cost of ¥65.000, with a big discount. The room we stayed is not a ¥65.000 room It is a lay. The staff service was not good, besides the fact that nobody was in the front desk, you have to call them (bell) every time. Very unprofessional. My family and I often go to Yufuin. We WONT stay again in that "ryokan".

チェックインのから、だいぶ、待たされてやっと部屋にと思ったら、、ワンちゃん連れだったけど、ネコちゃんがいっぱいいるのはいいけど、ワンちゃんは危ないから抱っこしてくれと言われるししかも階段で三階まで、めっちゃ疲れた😖💦ワンちゃん連れて行く旅館じゃないかな、、ワンちゃんファーストが一つもなかったです！

雨の為、登山での法華院山荘をキャンセルし、当日、夕方急きょ予約したお宿です。 期待はしていませんでしたが到着したら宿の雰囲気も良くてスタッフの方の対応もとても親切。お風呂も露天風呂と半露天風呂と２つあり両方とても清潔で素晴らしい。 大分県に来たら、また利用したいと思えるお宿でした。 ありがとうございました😊

Ao ligar ar condicionado, o quarto ficava com muito cheiro de cigarro. Deveria ser feita troca dos filtros e manutencão mais regular (apesar que era um quarto mais barato) O atendimento, cortesia, e localizacao compensava esses pontos, dona muito simpática, e ainda dão de graça horario no onsen privativo
