An old property with some history.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff are very good. They are approachable and very helpful. Service was good. And quick. Food was good but repetitive. But wifi in limited areas and hence had to carry your laptop to the earmarked area.

heritage property nice decor cool place

we get a peek into the times British were here their lifestyle etc..some of the things preserved by the resort is wonderful coolest corner of yercaud if you are in yercaud stay in ledeco lake forest munch on the firewood pizza and soak in the heritagend Note:curtains in the room are translucent hope the resort will address this

Hotel with false assurances

I booked 2 Bunglow Suite(BS) for 1 day through EXPEDIA &our bookings with INDECO(Club Mahindra) was for the 1st time.As we checked-In,asking for the rooms,executives @ reception looked at each other,& asked us are u coming here for first time,we said 'YES',as it was our first bookings with them.The two rooms were given to us (R-No.127&121) in a big house having several rooms on 2 sides of cellar and mezzanine floors.The RNo.127 was ok,but R-no.121 did not have TV in the room,for which the room boy reacted as though he did not even know about that,&checking that room for the first time.Later he exchanged R-121 with R-120,which did not have toiletries,bath towel etc,& worst part was that TV was not Flat Screen as assured at the time of booking in website&there was a short circuit every time you switch on the TV,strange part was that when complained,there was no response.In-spite all this we continued our stay their, as we did not want to spoil our holiday,after buffet lunch we went for an outing,we came back late,had our dinner at indeco,went back to our rooms.Next morning,we took a walk around the place,could see some nice private rooms having portico, sitout,separate rooms in it,we were curious to know about those rooms,housekeeping boys said those were BS,we were surprised,and collected more info & went back to reception,& said we have booked BS, why did u give us somthng els,then he justifid sayng that they r English suites & not BS.The staffs differed in their statements.

Good in terns of location, not so well maintained

Hotel is in close proximity to most of the attractions. The condition of our room was pathetic. It was not at all cleaned and i believe it was being used as a store room. They should have the minimum decency of asking the guest to wait till they clean the room but instead they take you to the room and start cleaning afterwards. Even the bedsheets did not cover the matress entirely. Also i found a pillow cover to be torn. Apart from the location of the hotel, there isn't much that i liked about it.
