"Very convenient"

"This hotel was phenomenal. The rooms were spacious, the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the staff - especially Peter, we're so attentive. Only stayed for 2 nights, but it was so accommodating, I wish I stayed longer. They have a shuttle to the airport that makes it convenient and a big paradise mall that is only a 5 min walk. Will definitely stay here again!"

"This property has all the services I will visit again."

"Very good value and will recommend Hotel Ora for anyone arriving fairly late at the airport and more sense to stay and not go into Seoul until the next day. As an English speaker I found some staff's English was not strong be we were able to communicate so not a real problem. If you get many foreigners staying it would be good to perhaps have more directions in English, use of TV, etc. Airport shuttle very good. For breakfast only a sandwich was available although that was very good."

"Awesome to have laundry in the suite and full sized fridge and working cooktop."

"My flight departed quite early in the morning, so I couldn't take advantage of the hotel's airport shuttle service. Instead, I booked a taxi using the "k.ride" app. When entering the hotel's location, the name appeared as "Jeumes" rather than "Zeumes" (perhaps a transliteration based on the Korean pronunciation?), which left me a bit worried about whether I had entered it correctly—but, fortunately, the taxi arrived just fine. It would be reassuring if the hotel could update their listing in the...

"Ideally located for getting to the airport in the morning, the free bus is just across the street. Self check in makes things very flexible. It was basic but comfortable and just what we needed"
