De lejos se ve bien pero le falta mucho mantenimiento, para el costo que es. Tapicerías sucia, muros sucios, espejos descarapelandose, apagadores manchados y dañados. Nos dejaron bolsas de basura afuera de la habitación, no contestan whatsapp hasta 24 hrs después. Jardines muy bonitos, pero habitaciones descuidadas.

Las habitaciones (suites) en la torre redonda son muy raras precisamente por ser redondas, adicionalmente la regadera de la habitación 403 está ya muy gastada, el agua sale para todos lados menos hacia el cuerpo. Para subir hay que usar escaleras y rampas, las cuales son muy resbalosas y más porque son el paso hacia el tobogán de la alberca y la gente sube y deja todo mojado, deben tener más cuidado y protección en esta área.

El lugar perfecto para descansar, lejos del ruido .. llegar al hotel fue un poco confuso hay que estar muy atento a los avisos para no perderse. Pero cuando llegas al cruzar el portón es como pasar a otro mundo ! Y es literal , rodeado de grandes árboles y naturaleza el lugar perfecto para escapar del strees. Todo el staff es muy amable, atentos y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Esperarnos regresar !

El hotel en general bien, es inaceptable el desperdicio de agua. En la regadera,hay un letrero en donde te dice que para que salga agua caliente, dejes correr el agua 8 minutos!!!!!! En primer lugar, los litros de agua que se deben desperdiciar para poder tener agua caliente. En segundo lugar, no hay agua caliente, por lo que el desperdicio de agua es brutal!!! El chico de la recepción dice que no es desperdicio porque se ocupa el agua para regar los jardines 🙄 en lugar de pedir una disculpa por los inconvenientes. El detalle hace la diferencia entre cualquier hotel o uno exclusivo

Es un lugar muy bonito rodeado de campos verdes, la piscina es muy linda y grande. Lo único que tal vez comentaría es que tienen poca variedad de platillos en el restaurante pero en general está bien, también.
