Older motel but renovated and soo cute! You can’t beat the beach location! Great breakfast in the morning and super amenities for kids like free movie rentals, popcorn and hot chocolate. Property is dated but the rooms were beautiful! The room was exceptionally clean with lovely touches. I've stayed in rooms that cost 3X as much and they were way dirtier. I love this motel. This was my third stay at the Silver Surf motel, I just love it! My two kids and I have been meeting up with my mom and aunt every year in adjoining rooms. It's very rustic, so if your looking for luxury, this is not the place for you. But if you're looking for a rustic, take cozy place to call home right on the beach, look no further! This place has comfy beds, and functional kitchenette making it feel more like a rental house than a motel.The kids love the indoor pool and the adults look forward to a nice long hot tub soak after a blustery day on the beach (we go in December). The lobby has ganes and videos you can borrow. Breakfast id included, which is appreciated. Pretty basic, no waffle maker but descent pre-packaged food and a couple different cereals to choose from. Definitely recommend, and will absolutely stay again.
