Die Wellnessbehandlung war super. Das Frühstücksbüffet ebenso. Das Personal dort ist sehr freundlich. Ansonsten ist die Freundlichkeit eher spärlich. Insgesamt ist das Hotel und die Zimner gesichtslos, ohne Atmosphäre. Im angepriesenen Kaminzimmer war der Kamin kaputt. Im Schwimmbad gab es ganze 10 Liegestühle, der Ruheraum der Sauna war kalt. Die Homepage des Hotels ist nicht aktuell, es gibt keine Informationen über Freizeitgestaltung. Der Zimmerservice funktioniert nicht, der Gast eines 3 Sterne Hotels muss das Toilettenpapier selbst an der Rezeption holen. Wir waren enttäuscht. Im Schwimmbad gab es gsnze 10

Endlich ein Hotel, dass Barrierefreien Aufenthalt bietet, von der Tiefgarage mit Aufzug zum Zimmer mit barrierefreien Zimmer. Sehr gutem Frühstück und freundlichem Personal.

Personal an der Rezeption dürfte freundlicher sein. WLAN auf Zimmer sehr schwach. Ebenso der Handy Empfang von Vodafone und O2. Zimmer ähnlich wie in einem Altenheim. Gleise für Zug neben der Unterkunft. Sauna gut, Fitness gut und Multifuntional, Pool gut. Frühstücksraum schön und reichliche Auswahl.

Bad Wi-Fi signal

the hotel is made for old people and therefore, very specious and comfortable to maneuver. breakfast was good. the hotel is in a very small village and there are almost no restaurants around so we had dinner only at the hotel. the bad thing was the internet: no Wi-Fi signal and almost impossible to have a phone signal as well.
